- Monthly Meeting of the Central Texas Chapter
- Please join us for our annual joint meeting between the Central Texas Chapter ASSP and Texas Hill Country AIHA Local Section to hear the annual OSHA update. In addition to the update, we will have special demonstrations and discussion about fall prevention that relates to both general industry and construction, and especially residential construction. We will have a bi-lingual translator for English and Spanish present to translate the content for Spanish speaking attendees to be more inclusive of the workers in our community that may need help understanding the communication.
- The event will be on Friday, October 14, 2022 11:00am – 1:30pm at 7604 Solari Drive, Austin, TX 78744. We have invited members of the larger Austin community to join us for networking and to learn more about our safety profession. We will have some exciting announcements during this meeting as well. We hope you can join us to make this monthly meeting meaningful and an experience to share with your safety professional networks. Our in-person headcount is limited to 120.
- Should I attend in-person or online? We hope you will consider attending this meeting in-person so you can obtain the full experience of being a Central Texas Chapter ASSP member. We understand that virtual attendance may be your only option and will host a virtual portion to this meeting while we are indoors for the presentation. We do ask that if you RSVP for the in-person meeting that you attend in-person so our headcount is accurate for seating and ordering the lunch.
- Call-in information for the virtual meeting will be sent out to attendees who have RSVP to the event.
- Please RSVP to the in-person event by no later than Tuesday, October 11th at 5:00pm.
